There are two very common errors active and potential clients run into when requesting appointments online when utilizing our self-scheduling system. Please locate the applicable error and review the explanation as to why you may have received these errors and their solutions directly beneath them.
- “Because the selected appointment is very soon, please call the office at (800) 960-7996 to see if it is available.”
You have received this error because you have requested an appointment too soon. Appointment requests must be submitted at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance- submitting a request any sooner will always yield this result. The solution to this error is to request an appointment on a later future date. If you are adhering to this criteria but still receiving this error, please visit our “Contact Us” page to submit an inquiry and an administrator will be in contact with you for further assistant within 48 business hours.
- No clinicians have available time slots for this type of appointment that can be scheduled online. Please call our office at (800) 960-7996 to check availability.
You have received this error because you have requested appointment criteria for which we currently cannot accommodate. For example, if you requested in-person appointments at the Main Office and received this error you can infer that we are currently booked for in-person appointments or do not have any appointments for in-person services available. The solution to this error is to revise your requested appointment criteria to be as flexible as comfortable to open up your options if your situation allows it.
Please note that TherapyPortal, our self-scheduling system, accurately reflects our current availability in real time. We cannot schedule appointments beyond what is listed in our system. If you are interested in seeking services with our location/therapist but our current availability cannot accommodate your needs, please check back in one to two weeks to see if anything suited for you has become available.
